MGB-8 qualifies continued ISO 9001:2015 Certification
The Mines and Geosciences Bureau Regional Office No. 8 passed the Surveillance 2 Audit for its International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 9001:2015 Quality Management System (QMS), per Audit conducted by its certifying body, NQA Phils, Inc. on January 28-29, 2020.
In the said audit, the commitment of the MGB-08 in the maintenance and implementation of QMS was commended. Likewise, the consistency in the completeness and proper filing of records and evidences of Divisions concerned were noted.
“This is a concrete manifestation of our commitment to provide excellent service to our stakeholders and we intend to continue raising the bar in making our services better in keeping with the principles embodied under the quality management system,” said RD Leo Van Juguan.
RD Juguan also acknowledged the hardwork and dedication of all MGB-8 employees who are instrumental in achieving the said milestone.
